His & Hers Placemats


A matched pair of slate place mats, delivering a bold and contemporary look from a traditional material.

These naturally hard wearing and spill-proof slates have been worked and cut into rectangles to form simple but highly attractive place mats that manage to compliment any home decor style, from old fashioned farmhouse to high tech minimalism.


Underneath there is a felt pad at each corner to protect the table surface, but it is the top that makes these into really interesting items of table ware. With 'His' etched onto the surface of one slate and 'Hers' on the other, this is clearly a gift for a romantic couple and so makes a wonderful wedding present, anniversary gift or house warming idea. Below the big 'His'or 'Hers' is space where we can add a personal message of your choice. This works very well for adding the couple's names and a date, perhaps commemorating their wedding day or the day they met. If that doesn't work for you it's not a problem, as you can enter any message you like, so long as it fits within the 25 characters per line limit.

Royal Mail Standard Delivery UK Main land - £3.95 per order -

This has a suggested delivery time of 2-4 days by the royal mail delivery service. If by any chance you have not received your order within this suggested time frame you must contact your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection. (It has been known in the past for postmen/women to not leave notification cards of attempted delivery.)This must be done prior to contacting us about a non-delivered order.

We always aim to dispatch all UK Mainland orders with in stock items on the day the order is placed before 4PM. Your order should be with you within 2 - 4 working days after the day you placed your order (providing you have ordered in stock items clearly marked on the website.). Although we are unable to guarantee an exact date due to Royal Mail's Delivery service. Eg. Place your order on Monday and it will be with you by Friday (we are sorry to say that sometimes during peak periods (i.e. Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) there can be a delay on the standard delivery. For this reason, at these times, we always recommend that you specify a next day delivery which is a guaranteed and trackable service.


If your order no longer meets your requirements you may return the item back to us within 30 days. Upon receipt of the product/s a refund for the product/s only will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition.

We do not cover the cost for returning the product back to us, and we would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning the goods as we are not held responsible for any items being damaged or lost in the post.

If your order is returned by the selected postal service for whatever reason, we will notify you via email to advise you of this. Please note that to have this re-sent out the customer will be required to pay a further delivery charge, alternatively we can arrange for the item only to be refunded if it is non-personalised.
