We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to
despatch the same day if ordered by 4PM. In the event that this is not possible we will advise you immediately.
All orders with a shopping cart value of £30.00 or more automatically qualify for free standard Royal Mail delivery.

Delivery is by Royal Mail or Fedex Express Courier (a signature may be required).

Delivery Terms & Conditions
- Royal Mail Standard Delivery UK Main land - £3.99 per order -
This has a suggested delivery time of 2-4 days by the royal mail delivery service. If by any chance you have not received your order within this suggested time frame you must contact your local sorting office to see if it has been left there for collection. (It has been known in the past for postmen/women to not leave notification cards of attempted delivery.)This must be done prior to contacting us about a non-delivered order.
We always aim to despatch in stock items on the day the order is placed before
4PM. Your order should be with you within 2 - 4 working days after the day you placed your order (providing you have ordered in stock items clearly marked on the website.). Although we are unable to guarantee an exact date due to Royal Mail's Delivery service. Eg. Place your order on Monday and it will be with you by Friday (we are sorry to say that sometimes during peak periods (i.e. Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) there can be a delay on the standard delivery. For this reason, at these times, we always recommend that you specify a next day delivery which is a guaranteed and trackable service.
If for whatever reason you do not receive your order within ten days of the date of dispatch we will not be held responsible for the loss of orders unless you have contacted between 10-21 days after the original dispatch date. After 10 days we can then help with locating your order and maybe re-issue a duplicate. We hold the right to not send out a duplicate order after the 21 day waiting period is up.
In the event of a duplicate order being dispatched due to a missing order and the original order eventually shows up you must decline the delivery so it will get sent back to us. Should you take delivery of the original order the customer is required to return to us and will encounter return postage costs.
We take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and Endeavour to dispatch the same day if ordered by 4PM. We hold no responsibility if the delivery details you have entered are incorrect and you therefore may incur further charges.
If by any chance you would like to have a different delivery address from your billing address whether this is a gift for someone or you would like the product sent to your work address the option will be available to you on the payment page by clicking on ‘New Delivery Address’.
Our office open hours
Our office open hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm. We are not open on Bank Holidays. Orders will only be processed and dispatched during these opening times. Please note: Weekends are not classed as working days.
We won’t accept any liability for deliveries not made within our suggested delivery times. (This also includes any extra fees or costs you might or might not incur for any deliveries delayed or missed.)
Therefore we cannot guarantee delivery on any certain day unless you have paid for Next Working Day Courier Service and we highly recommend if you require an order within a small time scale to go for the next working day service.
Our Standard Delivery is for mainland UK only. Not all postal addresses in UK are covered by our Standard Delivery rate. In some cases this will affect Northern Ireland and remote off shore areas of the United Kingdom. If this is the case we will contact you prior to dispatch with any extra postal expenses that you may incur to see if you would still like to go ahead with your order.
- Next Working Day Guaranteed delivery by FedEx; - £6.95 - Per Order;
This will need a signature upon arrival. FedEx do not operate on Bank Holidays or Saturdays therefore your order will be delivered the following next working day for all orders within the mainland U.K (except some areas of the Scottish Highlands & Offshore, Where possible we will however send your order via Royal Mail next day delivery.).
(If an order is placed on the Friday, the order will be with you on the following Monday.)
Orders must be placed by 4pm the same day for next working day delivery. Where personalised products are available for next working day delivery please note that the cut off time is 1.00pm GMT.
If you order a 24 hour dispatch product and a courier item you will still be able to select the courier option, this does not guarantee that your personalised product will be with you Next
Working day, however will be sent on a next day service once produced.
If you place your order on a Saturday or Sunday please note that your order will be dispatched on Monday for delivery between the hours of 8-6 on Tuesday.
Orders will be delivered between the hours of 8-6 unfortunately we are unable to guarantee an exact delivery time as drivers may get delayed on a drop prior to you, delivery times also depend on where you are located within the daily schedule and routes.
If for any reason you will not be in all day on the day of delivery you can request that the parcel can be left with a neighbour etc by adding a note within the gift tag message box within the payment page. When the courier delivers a signature will be required and if signed for by a neighbour a card should be left in your door by the courier to let you know where you can collect this.
Please note in extreme weather conditions or other factors out of A1 Gifts' control that it may not be possible to deliver your order for next working day and that PO BOX or BFPO addresses are not covered within Fedex delivery.
- International Delivery £12.50 - Per Order
We have an international (certain countries only apply) delivery service available to people living outside of UK, this is at a cost of £12.50 for orders up to 1kg over and above this weight we will contact you will any extra charges that are required. Personalised and all glassware is unfortunately not available for delivery outside the UK mainland.
Delivery is via Royal Mail International signed for service. All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery
We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible and Royal Mail advise to allow 10-14 working days, however delivery times are unable to be guaranteed. The cost for packages up to 1 KG is £12.50. Over 1 KG, there is an additional charge of £5 per half KG or part KG. Please note that International Royal Mail will only take a maximum of 2 KG, should your package weigh above this, a courier quote will need to be obtained.
A receipt will be sent for the additional amount.
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee.
Sales Tax (VAT) is not charged on deliveries outside the EU. UK VAT @ 20% is automatically deducted from the price.
Personalised Products
Please note that all personalised products are unable to be returned and/or refunded as each one is customised to order. The wording and details given via the website are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly. If you order via the phone then an e-mail confirmation of the wording or details will be required to ensure no errors occur. However if a personalised product is received that has an error made by A1Gifts then a replacement will be issued.
Please also note that to fit the wording on some products we/ our supplier may need to arrange the wording over several lines.
Please be advised that although we have suggested dispatch times for personalised goods, an exact delivery date is unable to be guaranteed and may take up to 10-14 working days for delivery, this may vary at peak times such as Christmas.
Please Note: Please read the product descriptions carefully as some products we sell like Personalised items or items despatched by our supplier, the larger Galileo Thermometers, larger or heavy items and all glassware is not available to customers outside the UK mainland.
