Delivery and PostageWe take pride in processing your order as quickly as possible and endeavour to despatch the same day if ordered by 3PM. Your order will be with you within 2 - 4 working days after the day you placed your order (providing you have ordered in stock items clearly marked on the website.). Eg. Place your order on Monday and it will be with you by Friday (we are sorry to say that sometimes during peak periods (ie Christmas, Valentines Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day) there can be a delay on the standard delivery. For this reason, at these times, we always recommend that you specify a next day delivery which is a guaranteed and trackable service. U.K. Next Day Trackable- Mon-Friday Delivery by Citylink £6.95 We offer a next day delivery service at £6.95. Next day means next working day...i.e an order placed on Friday would be delivered the following Monday. The cut off time for next day delivery is 3pm. A signature will be required so please choose an address where someone will be in as we cannot change addresses once goods have been dispatched. All courier deliverys are fully trackable and can be followed online from our warehouse to your door via an email link we'll send you once the order is dispatched. International Delivery £12.50 Delivery is via Royal Mail International signed for service. All orders can be tracked and a signature will be required on delivery. We aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 10-14 days. The cost for packages up to 1 KG is £12.50. Over 1 KG, there is an additional charge of £5 per half KG or part KG. A receipt will be sent for the additional amount. The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tarrifs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. Sales Tax (VAT) is not charged on deliveries outside the EU. UK VAT @ 17.5% is automatically deducted from the price. |
