Ruby Three Glow Candle Holder Description

The Ruby Three Glow Candle Holder makes a lovely addition to your home or the perfect ruby anniversary gift to a special couple.

The base of the candle is aluminium made and features three stems to appear as the base of flowers- the colouring on this is black with silver highlights. Amongst the stems are leaves and oval reeds complete with large clear diamantes within. Sat at the top of the three stems are red candle holders which look like flower heads- in each one you can place a t-light candle.

Ruby Three Glow Candle Holder Measures
  • H: 45cm
  • W: 30cm
  • D: 14cm

Each of the candle cups are red and have a mottle look to them which will give off a patterned reflection when lit, each cup simply twists into the slots they sit in and measures approximately H: 8cm, w: 9cm and D: 10.5cm.

    Good Morning Peter, Thank you for your feedback of which I am sorry that your original order arrived damaged, with glass unfortunately this does happen from time to time. A replacement was sent out on the 14/05/2013 so should have been with you by now as generally these take 2-4 working days however with royal mail we have to allow up to 10 working days.     I bought this as a present for my mum and dad's ruby wedding anniversary. It was a bit bigger than I had imagined (although the sizes are shown - so I should have known) but I really liked it, as did my mum and dad. Very nice present and not too expensive. Delivery was quick and easy.

    Found the returns system a problem, 12 Dec 2012
    with them wanting a photograph of the item,so that they could decide if the item was damaged.I then had to post it back, and claim the postage, most companies have far easier ways for returns. I would like to say the girl on the phone was excellent, very helpful, and I finally got all my postage and the cost of the gift back. Damaged when it arrived,looked far better quality on the web site, I was disappointed with when it arrived.

    I bought this gift for my brother's 40th wedding anniversary. I ordered it late Monday afternoon choosing standard delivery through Royal Mail. The delivery period was 2-4 days, which was plenty of time, as I needed it for the following Sunday. It arrived Saturday morning. What I didn't realise when ordering was that there was no guarantee with the 2-4 day delivery, had I been aware of this I may have used a different service. I was delighted with the gift as was my brother & sister-in-law. I would certainly purchase other items from your site.

Returns/ Exchanges

If your order is no longer meets your requirements you may return the item/s and upon receipt a refund for the product/s only will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. These need to be returned within 14 days of your order date, and the customer will encounter return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as we are not held responsible for damaged/lost items. If you are returning a product though an error on our part the return postage of up to £5.00 will be refunded. If your order is returned by the selected postal service for whatever reason, we will notify you via email to advise you of this. Please note that to have this re-sent out the customer will be required to pay a further delivery charge, alternatively we can arrange for the item only to be refunded if it is non-personalised.

Faulty Items

If your product appears to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us before returning as A1 Gifts will advise if they wish you to return the item or just have it disposed of. Return postage will only be refunded for items agreed to be returned by A1 Gifts and up to a maximum value of £5.00. In some circumstances we may require you to return the item to be looked at and/or to be tested for the fault. We require to be notified about faulty products within 30 days of your order being placed. Please note if the fault is due to misuse/handling then refunds cannot be given.

Damaged Items

Although your order is well packaged by our warehouse, unfortunately on occasion, some damages may occur in transit. Damaged orders need to be notified to within 48 hours of receipt. Providing the item is in stock a replacement will be dispatched, alternatively a replacement can be set up for when stock arrives or we can issue a full refund.

Out of Stock/Partial Shipments

If you order an item that is out of stock we will endeavour to inform you immediately via email. If there is more than one item/s within your order a partial shipment maybe selected at A1Gifts discretion after correspondence from the customer.

Personalised Products

Please note that all personalised products are unable to be returned and/or refunded as each one is customised to order. The wording and details given via the website are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly. If you order via the phone then an e-mail confirmation of the wording or details will be required to ensure no errors occur. However if a personalised product is received that has an error made by A1Gifts then a replacement will be issued. The wording and details supplied via the website (Product Personalisation form) are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly, however please note that to fit the wording on some products we/ our supplier may need to arrange the wording over several lines. Please avoid using accents or special symbols as we unfortunately are unable to add these to the items.
