    Ordered a pair of anniversary mugs online, one of which was damaged. Lady on telephone very apologetic and asked for pic of damaged to be e mailed. After that she said she would send replacement mugs out. They came by courier the following day and as the mugs were needed that very day, it was an excellent service by the A1 gifts!     One of the first pair of anniversary mugs was damaged , but immediately replaced, which was very good service.. Unfortunately the second pair of mugs which arrived, one mug had a very visible flaw in the outside. I think the goods should have been inspected and checked for damage, especially the second shipment, as obviously the first shipment already had displeased the customer. Both faulty mugs where the right hand ones( they got writing on both sides, so I couldn''t swap them around) and I had to give faulty goods for a ruby wedding anniversary which did NOT please me.
    Thank you for your feedback of which all comments are taken on board good and bad. We are so sorry that your order was sent with a fault, unfortunately with hundreds of products coming I and out every day we are unable to check every single one. For the replacement to be sent out with a fault is not acceptable as warehouse were advised to check the replacement before dispatch. Returns/ Exchanges

If your order is no longer meets your requirements you may return the item/s and upon receipt a refund for the product/s only will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. These need to be returned within 14 days of your order date, and the customer will encounter return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as we are not held responsible for damaged/lost items. If you are returning a product though an error on our part the return postage of up to £5.00 will be refunded. If your order is returned by the selected postal service for whatever reason, we will notify you via email to advise you of this. Please note that to have this re-sent out the customer will be required to pay a further delivery charge, alternatively we can arrange for the item only to be refunded if it is non-personalised.

Faulty Items

If your product appears to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us before returning as A1 Gifts will advise if they wish you to return the item or just have it disposed of. Return postage will only be refunded for items agreed to be returned by A1 Gifts and up to a maximum value of £5.00. In some circumstances we may require you to return the item to be looked at and/or to be tested for the fault. We require to be notified about faulty products within 30 days of your order being placed. Please note if the fault is due to misuse/handling then refunds cannot be given.

Damaged Items

Although your order is well packaged by our warehouse, unfortunately on occasion, some damages may occur in transit. Damaged orders need to be notified to sales@a1gifts.co.uk within 48 hours of receipt. Providing the item is in stock a replacement will be dispatched, alternatively a replacement can be set up for when stock arrives or we can issue a full refund.

Out of Stock/Partial Shipments

If you order an item that is out of stock we will endeavour to inform you immediately via email. If there is more than one item/s within your order a partial shipment maybe selected at A1Gifts discretion after correspondence from the customer.

Personalised Products

Please note that all personalised products are unable to be returned and/or refunded as each one is customised to order. The wording and details given via the website are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly. If you order via the phone then an e-mail confirmation of the wording or details will be required to ensure no errors occur. However if a personalised product is received that has an error made by A1Gifts then a replacement will be issued. The wording and details supplied via the website (Product Personalisation form) are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly, however please note that to fit the wording on some products we/ our supplier may need to arrange the wording over several lines. Please avoid using accents or special symbols as we unfortunately are unable to add these to the items. Where next working day delivery is available please note the cut off time for these items is 12.00pm.
