Grand Afternoon Tea for Two Description

What better way to spend an afternoon than enjoying the quintessentially British institution that is afternoon tea. 

Indulge in a decadent afternoon with someone special enjoying afternoon tea in the grandest of settings. The selection of beautiful venues across the UK include luxury hotels and stately homes such as Harewood House, this a grand Georgian mansion set amongst rolling landscapes, the extraordinary Royal Pavilion palace, and the decadent Park Lane Hotel. Wherever you choose to spend the afternoon with your guest, the views and surroundings will be breath-taking.

A Little More Information About The Experience:

You and your guest will have a memorable time enjoying afternoon tea. Some of the venues will provide a glass of Champagne or sparkling wine and depending on your chosen location you will be served a fabulous selection of finger sandwiches, scrumptious scones with clotted cream and seasonal preserves, and a selection of fine pastries as well as choice of the most exquisite teas from around the world. Depending on your chosen, your voucher may entitle you to entrance for the day to the grounds and/or gardens and you may even have an audio tour. Where entrance is provided, the afternoon tea may take place in an on-site café. Selected hotels may offer spa facilities for the day, please check on booking.


Afternoon tea will usually last for 1 to 2 hours and some of the venues also include entrance to the grounds.


Although this experience is for two people to share, there will also be other people at the venue enjoying the same experience.

Returns/ Exchanges

If your order is no longer meets your requirements you may return the item/s and upon receipt a refund for the product/s only will be issued, subject to the item being returned in its original condition. These need to be returned within 14 days of your order date, and the customer will encounter return postage costs. We would recommend that you obtain a proof of postage receipt when returning goods as we are not held responsible for damaged/lost items. If you are returning a product though an error on our part the return postage of up to £5.00 will be refunded. If your order is returned by the selected postal service for whatever reason, we will notify you via email to advise you of this. Please note that to have this re-sent out the customer will be required to pay a further delivery charge, alternatively we can arrange for the item only to be refunded if it is non-personalised.

Faulty Items

If your product appears to be faulty upon receipt, please contact us before returning as A1 Gifts will advise if they wish you to return the item or just have it disposed of. Return postage will only be refunded for items agreed to be returned by A1 Gifts and up to a maximum value of £5.00. In some circumstances we may require you to return the item to be looked at and/or to be tested for the fault. We require to be notified about faulty products within 30 days of your order being placed. Please note if the fault is due to misuse/handling then refunds cannot be given.

Damaged Items

Although your order is well packaged by our warehouse, unfortunately on occasion, some damages may occur in transit. Damaged orders need to be notified to within 48 hours of receipt. Providing the item is in stock a replacement will be dispatched, alternatively a replacement can be set up for when stock arrives or we can issue a full refund.

Out of Stock/Partial Shipments

If you order an item that is out of stock we will endeavour to inform you immediately via email. If there is more than one item/s within your order a partial shipment maybe selected at A1Gifts discretion after correspondence from the customer.

Please note that all personalised products are unable to be returned and/or refunded as each one is customised to order. The wording and details given via the website are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly. If you order via the phone then an e-mail confirmation of the wording or details will be required to ensure no errors occur. However if a personalised product is received that has an error made by A1Gifts then a replacement will be issued. The wording and details supplied via the website (Product Personalisation form) are unable to be amended by A1Gifts so please ensure all details are completed correctly, however please note that to fit the wording on some products we/ our supplier may need to arrange the wording over several lines.
