This Willow Tree Birthday Boy piece has been cast from the original wooden sculpture designed by Susan Lord and then painted by hand. The figurine has been designed to look like a young boy who is standing up and tilting his head to one side. Behind his back his hands are together and he is then holding a metal balloon which has the words 'Birthday Boy' featured within. This piece is then securely packaged within foam and a willow tree gift box.
