Waterford Crystal Clarendon Ruby Flutes Description

If you’re looking for that magic gift for a couple celebrating 40 years of marriage or even the perfect wedding present, then the Waterford Clarendon Ruby Flutes by Wedgwood are ideal.

The Flutes are coloured in a ruby red at the top with a delicate oval landscape design around the rim. This simple yet effective oval design is then carried on further down the glass, the ovals here are portrait, these flow into the bottom of the flute of which is clear and has been etched to create a number of diamond shapes all linked together, giving the glass a raised texture. The flutes are beautifully crafted into the stem, of which is very unusual to the eye with its six sides, before forming the base. Here you will find an etched ‘flower’ design. Waterford has extremely high standards and every piece of their work is checked on average four times to ensure it is in perfect condition.

    These champagne glass are absolutely beautiful. We bought them as a gift for my parents 40th (Ruby) wedding anniversary, and couldn't be more pleased. They are large and weighty and look even better than the pictures. The service was great - the parcel seemed to have been signed for by a name I didn't recognise at my work address but A1 gifts very quickly sorted out the misunderstanding and kept me up to date with progress, so a big thanks.
