The child is actually sculptered to be flying through the air not held to the base of the piece. This beautiful figurine can only be described as a masterpiece of togetherness.

It is virtually impossible to damage a solid bronze figure. Use a soft clean cloth to gently buff the bronze finish to maintain it's sheen. A bee's-wax based polish is recommended. Do not use abrasive polishes.
