She is wearing a pastel pink velvet bunny style sleep suit, with bunny ears attached to the bonnet and a matching pink and white bib. To the reverse there is a handle which when twisted and wound up the baby girl sitting in the stocking gently rocks round to the gentle twinkle twinkle little star lullaby.
