VERY NICE GIFT
Unfortunately, when the product arrived, one of the flutes was not attached to the stem. However, after contacting A1gifts, a replacement set was sent out immediately. The service was extremely prompt and the notwithstanding the product's fault, the product was overall a very nice gift.

VERY UNUSUAL CHAMPAGNE FLUTES - ARRIVED QUICKLY
these are very unusual champagne flutes with the normal 50th Anniversay in gold on the front and very tall in height. They arrived very quickly although by standard delivery and packed very securely. Unfortunately one flute had come apart from the stem and I emailed A1 gifts in order to return them, I had an immediate reply stating that another set was on the way with instructions to the warehouse to thoroughly check the condition before despatching, and to simply dispose of the of faulty set. they arrived in record time. It was a pleasure doing business with such a caring company and hold them in nothing but the best regard. I will be happy to recommend them to friends and family. Thank you so much A1 Gifts.

HIGH QUALITY PRODUCT
High quality product, excellent delivery service. Flutes arrived in perfect condition and were of much better quality than we had hoped for. Top marks all round. Wouldnt hesitate to use this company again and would definitely recommend.
