| I received my first frame just a few day after ordering but infortunately although the frame was perfect the glass for it was smashed. I rang to speak to your customer service who assured me a new one would be sent that day.It was,and arrived just a couple of days later in perfect condition.
I have never ordered from you before but wouldn't hesitate to do so again. I was very pleased with my product and the helpful customer service i got.
