Order was received within a week. The packaging was damaged, but this was Royal Mail's fault. The photo frame was not entirely satisfactory as some of the writing was set wonky on the frame. I contacted you immediately by email and you responded in the given response time. You where very prompt with the query and were willing to dispatch another frame to me as soon as possible and would check before despatching for any imperfections. You sent me a replacement within a week and I was very pleased with the service you provided and the frame is lovely, just as described.
