- Register/ Create an Account with us
Creating an account with us is easy, safe and only takes five minutes. When ordering an item from
us you will be asked to login, so if you have not already registered we recommend you do so now to save time later on.
Better yet just being registered and having an account with us gives you the chance to opt in on special offers and discounts
via email.

A1Gifts.co.uk offers two forms of delivery. We have our standard delivery service by Royal mail and this will be with you normally between 2-4 working days.
This is priced at £3.99. Alternatively we do next working day delivery service which is delivered by FedEx, this is priced at £6.95. As a little bonus we offer
Free Delivery
on orders priced over £40 this will be shipped via Royal Mail Standard Delivery.

Please note: We
do not ship/deliver to PO BOX post codes.
If for any reason the item you have ordered appears to be faulty or you have changed your mind we do a returns policy.
Prior to contacting us first we will ask you to confirm the reason for wanting a return and if it's faulty we will need to test
it for any faults. If the item is tested faulty we will replace the item for you. And if the item is not faulty we will send the item back to you.
If you have received the item and you have changed your mind we will ask you to send the item back to us and we will refund you for
the product only.

On all our product pages we have a customer reviews section underneath the product description. These reviews are 100% genuine from our customer
database unlike other websites. Please bare in mind these reviews are written by themselves and are based on their own personal experiences with the product and service.
We would kindly appreciate for you to leave us feedback on any items you have ordered from us so other shoppers like yourself can get a good
understanding of what the product might be like.
- 'I have not received my order'
When paying for your items you have two options for courier service, you can either select Royal There could be numerous reasons why your item has not got to you. To help narrow down why you have not received your
order please check the follow;
- You have waited the suggested day allowance (2-4 working days from dispatch on standard delivery)
- Your item is not being held at your local sorting office either Royal Mail or FedEx dependant on your chosen courier service
- You have ordered a personalised item which will take extra time to be bespoke and then shipped after creation
- Check your email account for any updates from us regarding your order if anything should happen to your order
- The item is out of stock thus your status has gone to pre-order and we are awaiting stock to then ship to you
- If you have ordered next working day courier then we have a tracking item facility on your account page
- Remember in some cases Royal Mail does not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays in some areas and FedEx do not deliver on Saturdays and Sundays

Returning an item back to us to test if faulty for a replacement or if the gift is unwanted is easy. Please contact us first
so we know before we receive an item who it's from and the general reason for the return.
You will need to send the item to us and we advise standard delivery as this is the cheapest method for you and insert your order number
and the reason for the return in with the item so it will make things easier at our end to sort your issue out as quickly as possible.
Once we have received the item we will contact you to clarify a replacement or refund.

When paying for your items you have two options for courier service, you can either select Royal Mail Standard Delivery or FedEx Next Working Day Delivery.
If you select courier by FedEx we will give you a tracking number supplied in your shipped email so you can check the process of your order.
We have two Delivery Options;
- Royal Mail Standard Delivery
We will ship the item(s) to you within 2-4 days from the stated shipped email. This is priced at £3.99 per order.
Orders priced over £40 excluding delivery cost will be shipped for Free!
- FedEx Next working Day Courier
We will ship the item(s) to you next working day as long as the order was placed before 4pm the same day. You will also be
given a tracking number to follow the whereabouts of order at any time as soon as the item as dispatched from our warehouse.
- 'I want to Change an Order'
If you've just placed an order with us and realised you would like to change the order whether it is the wrong product, forgot to add
another product or add gift wrapping to the order then please phone us on 02380 601160 to speak to the sales team quoting your order number to update your order before we prepare your items for
delivery and we can amend any payments due to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- 'How do I cancel my order?'
To cancel an order, Please phone our sales team on 02380 601160 quoting your order reference number as soon as possible.
Pre-Ordering comes into action when one of our items is out of stock.
On a product information page
it will say instead of add to basket button it will come up as 'Click to Pre-Order' button.
This is the same process as Buying now, but as soon as we receive the item back in stock we will immediately
dispatch to you to reduce waiting time. The item will also be booked out under your order number so you will be guaranteed the item ready for when
the item as soon as it comes in.

- What does 'Bad Check Sum' Mean?
'Bad Check Sum' means when you have entered the payment card's long number in incorrectly. (The long card number along the middle of the card.)
Please check carefully and enter the card number in before pressing submit.
If you have forgotten your password to log in to your account then there is no need to worry. Our secure database will send you your password to
your account's email address upon requested.

click here and at the bottom of the login section is a link that says 'Forgotten your password?'.
When making an order with us we will do our best in keeping you informed with your order. Every time the status of your order changes we will send you
an automated email saying it's being processed by warehouse and also when it has just dispatched for courier we will send another saying it has been shipped.
We want to give our customers peace of mind when ordering with us so if you do have any queries don't hesitate to call us we will be happy to help.
To view your order history with us, log in to your account at the top right of this page and on the overview page
click on the 'Order Tracking/ Previous Orders Link on the left hand-side.
To change your Billing Address log into your account and on the main overview page will display your address. This is your
billing address. Please make sure this matches your payment card address otherwise there will be problems when wanting to order
future items. This is to help against credit card fraud.
When first registering with us you have the option of choosing to opt in on our subscriptions
and offers. This subscription is recommended to benefit in on our offers as this will benefit
you on our loyalty scheme of gaining an extra 10% off future orders with us. We value our
customer's privacy. Your email address will not be given out to any third party companies
without your consent. If you would like to opt in/out of the email subscriptions then just
log into your account and above your address will be two tick boxes. Just choose your
favoured options and click continue and this will be saved.
- 'I want to Cancel my Account'
We believe that ordering online with A1Gifts.co.uk is completely safe. We use SSL 128-bit encryption on our secure pages so that any unauthorised
person or company can not access payment information entered on our site.
